ECN is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and without notice, so make sure you check back occasionally.

You provide ECN with most of the data collected when you:
- Voluntarily complete a contact form, provide comments on any blog posts, message board or via email
- Use or view this website via your browser’s cookies
How will your data be used and stored?
Your information may be used to improve the services provided or to customise the website according to your interests. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes.
If at a later date you subscribe to my mailing list, then your first name and email address is stored with MailChimp for the sole purpose of sending you a newsletter. It will not be passed on to third-parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe from this list’ at the bottom of each newsletter. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Cookies

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
